Gallery and School Entrances

Enhanced soft and hard landscaping is proposed to the north of the building, including granite entrance benches and new entrance signage to improve wayfinding by clearly identifying both the School and Gallery entrances. 

East and West Terraces

The existing external rubber terraces to the east and west of the building have deteriorated and will be repaved in granite, extending the material palette established at the north entrances while enhancing durability and creating more visually coherent external spaces for visitors.

New power-assisted doors within the east and west façades will help draw people outside to explore the sculpture park. On the west terrace, additional outdoor seating will support al fresco dining at the restaurant, increasing its overall capacity.
